Goals of RAK College of Nursing

Goal 1 Strengthen all academic programs by aligning curricula with standards from national and international nursing accreditation organizations and incorporating best practices in nursing education based on evidence.
Goal 2 Foster a culture of research excellence by providing increased opportunities and support for faculty and student research activities, publications, and external research collaboration.
Goal 3 Design and implement student-centered learning experiences across all programs that actively engage students and promote meaningful learning opportunities focused on their needs, interests, and aspirations.
Goal 4 Provide continuous learning opportunities and skills development for all faculty and staff to enhance professional growth, expertise in their fields, and ability to contribute to the college mission.
Goal 5 Ensure adequate resources to support the mission by strategically investing in finance, learning and development, information technology, and infrastructure facilities.
Goal 6 Evaluate the organizational structure and management systems to ensure alignment with RAKCON's vision and mission of consistently delivering high quality outcomes.
Goal 7 Raise the college's regional and international profile through academic conferences, publishing, community engagement, and branding initiatives.
