E-Payment Guidelines

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment gateway.

1. Introduction

This document outlines the policies and guidelines for electronic payments (e-payments) used by RAK Medical and Health Sciences University. It is designed to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant electronic transactions, protecting both the organization and its users.

2. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to:

• Ensure the security and integrity of electronic payments.
• Protect sensitive financial and personal data.
• Maintain compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

3. Scope

This policy applies to:

• All e-payment transactions processed via the RAK Medical and Health Sciences University website, mobile applications, and integrated payment platforms.

4. Definitions

• E-payment: Any payment made through electronic means, including online payments, mobile payments, or digital wallets.
• Payment Gateway: A third-party service that facilitates payment transactions between the user and the university.

5. Payment Methods

The following payment methods will be accepted:

• Credit and debit cards
• Bank transfers
• Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay)

Transaction Confirmation

• Users will receive immediate, clear confirmation of each transaction, including transaction ID, amount, date, and status.

Transaction Limits

• Higher transactions may require additional verification or approval.

6. Refund Policy

• Application and Admission fees are non-refundable. If the student withdrawn from the University before he/she complete their academic programme, any entitlement to a refund of tuition fees will be made in line with the University refund policy.

7. Governing Law
