World Mental Health Day – 10 October 2024

Venue: Al Kuwaiti Hospital and RAK College of Nursing (RAKCON)

Participants: Healthcare providers (academic and service sectors), and healthcare students.

World Mental Health Day, RAKCON collaborated with Al Kuwaiti Sharjah Hospital for a community-focused event promoting mental wellness in healthcare.

The awareness included:

• Stress management and burnout prevention strategies

• Mental health resilience training

• Interactive activities and open discussions

This inclusive initiative brought together professionals and students from diverse backgrounds, fostering emotional awareness, peer support, and professional connection while empowering participants to advocate for mental health in their fields.
