In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, RAK College of Nursing proudly participated in the Pink Day Community Activity at Al Jazeera PHC.

The event featured an educational session led by nursing students, focusing on breast cancer awareness, early detection, risk factors, and the importance of regular screening. A live demonstration of Breast Self-Examination (BSE) techniques was conducted to equip women with practical skills for early detection.

A significant highlight was the introduction of the Pink Luminous Breast device, an innovative tool for at-home breast checks. Students explained its purpose, proper usage, and how it complements clinical screenings.

This initiative not only promoted breast health awareness but also provided nursing students with valuable experience in community engagement and health education.
